Dimple Dell Recreational Center

I went to the gym the other night to try out the treadmills. I didn't like it much and wanted to stop after 5mins. But I did last a half hour and 4 miles. Good for me. Plus I ran monday at night two miles with a monster hill and the pollution was horrible..... and for my effort I received a sore throat. So i went to the gym.

I didn't get a chance to play in the pool. Next time...

Holy cow! That is the sweetest pool ever.
Okay, so I back the indoor run idea now due to the unpredictable natures of both weather and air quality. I feel sorry for Jef and the smell that will permeate his living space but he volunteered it.
I have one concern and that is that a treadmill may not last the entire run. You may want to talk to some treadmill sales reps. This sounds silly but my dad used to have a machine that would turn itself off after 20 or so minutes every time I used it. Now, it may have been because I run like the wind but my guess is it's going to have to be a really nice machine to hold out for 3-4-5 hours at a stretch.
I really would love to make the film of your course for the big screen in front of you. It would be such an undertaking that I would have to quit my job and spend a couple of weeks at it. (which is tempting, knowing me). So, this will probably not happen. I should keep this job for a couple more years at least. It would be a beautiful project though.

the treadmill will go for 1hr. that means I will have to calculate the mileage and re-start every hr. the longest run at one sitting was 14 miles on the machine completed some time ago. My plan is to some how video the experience...
