So a thought was that I would run the length of State street for the marathon. I would have to back track a little to complete the 26.2 miles. But the idea of people meeting me at a historic KFC for lunch was tempting.
I did no running on friday but did procured a treadmill that I will run the the marathon in its entirety in front of a very large TV. So people could in theory bring KFC to me.
Today I did run and had a partner for a bit in the begining. We passed by his house and I kept going for another hour. No idea what distance I ran but by far the most running I have done in years. I usually just run 3 miles (2 laps around liberty park) in the morning prior to work. My guess is that i ran at least 8 miles I'll have to use the car to confirm.
